In 2015 Celsius Mechanical were awarded the mechanical services contract in St. Ita’s Hospital Unit 123 Office Conversion. This is 3-storey building comprising offices, meeting rooms and classrooms along with staff canteen, stores and toilets.

The project consisted the refurbishment of the existing building including new mechanical services. The heating system is served by natural gas fired boilers.  The ventilation of the building is provided by the local extract systems from the toilets, shower rooms and stores. The classrooms and meeting rooms are served by the duct mounted air conditioning units. The fresh air is fed into these units via supply fans, then tempered and distributed by swirl diffusers.

The services provided under this contract included water, drainage, heating, gas, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection and BMS.
