In 2016 Celsius Mechanical completed mechanical contract on Richmond Barracks in Inchicore, Dublin 8. This job comprises two single-story buildings and external boiler house. 

The project consisted installation of gas fired condensing boilers located within boiler house and underfloor heating system and radiators in main buildings. Pre-insulated underground pipework is linking boiler house with the other buildings. Water services are based on gravity system. Hot water is generated by undersink water heaters. Ventilation is provided by PIR sensor controlled extract fans which extract air from toilets and tea station. 

The services provided under this contract included heating, gas, water, drainage, ventilation, fire protection, BMS.
