In 2015 Celsius Mechanical completed the mechanical contract on NUI Maynooth River Apartments. This complex contains 111 student apartments spread over 7 blocks. 

The project involved removal of individual domestic gas fired boilers from each apartment and replacement with new commercial boilers located in the boiler rooms on the top level of each apartment block. The new heating distribution pipework is connected to the existing pipework in each apartment. New heating controls comprising wall mounted controller and room sensor is provided in each apartment. 

The services provided under this contract included gas, heating, water and controls systems.
