In 2013 Celsius Mechanical completed the mechanical contract on Cherry Orchard Hospital which comprises the refurbishment of part of administration building on the hospital campus as well as complete upgrade of the life systems throughout the administration building. The building includes offices, meeting rooms and lecture theatres along with toilets and staff canteen. 

The space heating consisted complete installation of new pipework and radiators and alteration to existing system. A 2-port control valve was installed on primary services to allow separate control of the administration building. The ventilation of this building is served by roof and wall mounted heat recovery units. The ventilation of the lecture theatre is provided by heat recovery unit bringing fresh air to ceiling concealed air conditioning units. The air is delivered through swirl diffusers. The air return to the heat recovery unit via return swirl diffusers.  

The services provided under this contract included water, drainage, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection and BMS.
