In 2014 Celsius Mechanical completed the mechanical contract on Bluebell Residential Development which contains 19 apartments and landlord area.    

The project consisted installation of complete mechanical services. The heating systems comprise individual gas fired boilers feeding radiators and hot water cylinders. Each apartment has separate space heating and hot water heating circuit which are controlled via 2 or 3 channel control panels. There are demand control ventilation systems extracting air from toilets and photovoltaic panels generating electricity for apartments and landlord area.  

The services provided under this contract included water, drainage, heating, gas, ventilation, photovoltaic panels and controls.
