In 2015 Celsius Mechanical were awarded the mechanical services contract in Anglesea Road Apartments which contains 25 apartments including 4 penthouses, landlord and utility area spread over 4 blocks. 

The project consisted installation of complete mechanical services in all four blocks. The heating systems comprise individual gas fired boilers feeding radiators, towel rails and hot water cylinders. Each apartment has separate space heating and hot water heating circuit which are controlled via 2 channel control panel. The ventilation of the apartments is provided by the local extract ventilation systems and by heat recovery units in the penthouses. The landlord area is naturally ventilated via fire rated ductwork. The fire protection services comprise fire extinguishers and dry risers installed in each staircase. 

The services provided under this contract included water, drainage, heating, gas, ventilation, fire protection and BMS.
